Speech-Language Pathologist

Natalie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She received her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from Appalachian State University. While completing her Master’s degree, Natalie received specialized training with the LiPS program, a phoneme sequencing program for reading, spelling, and speech. She also has training with the Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Interventions and the Picture Exchange Communication System. Her clinical experience includes work with children and adults with articulation, fluency, voice, language/literacy disorders, developmental delays, down syndrome, and autism. Natalie has worked in the school, rehab, hospital, and private practice settings. She enjoys working with people of all ages but has a particular interest in the birth to five population with language/literacy disorders and developmental delays. Natalie enjoys partnering with teachers and families to help children reach their maximum communication potential. Natalie holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is licensed by the North Carolina State Board for Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist.
