Bio:

Leah is originally from Erie, PA and moved to North Carolina in 2021. She attended West Virginia University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a M.S. in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Child Development and Family Studies. Leah has worked in many different settings including rehabilitation, acute-care, outpatient pediatrics, and senior care. She is passionate about working with children and their families to reach the greatest level of independence in their daily lives. Leah has worked with children of various ages and diagnoses including: Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, Down Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Genetic Disorders, Fine Motor Delays, Coordination Issues, Visual Perceptual and Visual Processing Difficulties, as well as Sensory Processing Disorders. Leah is licensed by the North Carolina board of Occupational Therapy and has her certification through the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy. Leah lives in Raleigh, NC and enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, hiking, and all types of arts and crafts.
