Bio

Mary grew up in New Jersey. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then pursued her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Monmouth University. Following graduation, Mary completed her clinical fellowship in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked with clients of all ages with a variety of diagnoses though she found a passion for working with pediatric patients. Mary has experience treating children with behavioral and/or mechanical feeding disorders, global developmental delays, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, apraxia, language delays, articulation/phonological disorders, and dysphonia. She has a passion for pediatric feeding therapy, specifically treating medically fragile patients who may be at risk for nutritional compromise. Mary believes in the “whole child approach” and enjoys collaborating with caregivers, school based therapists/teachers, and other multidisciplinary professionals in order to maximize therapeutic outcomes for each client. Mary recently moved to North Carolina and is so excited to be a part of the Raleigh Therapy Services team!
