FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WORKING WITH OUR TEAM

Who creates my schedule?

You do! We believe our therapists are professionals and should be treated as such. To that end, we allow our therapists autonomy to create their own schedules.

What is expected of me for documentation?

It is typical that for each patient a therapist completes the following documentation in our EMR system:
* Evaluation report (done on an annual basis)
* Weekly SOAP notes (due by the end of each week)
* Plans of Care (typically updated every 6 months)
* Discharge summary
Our EMR system has built-in templates so that you spend less time documenting!

Is there room to grow or specialize within the company?

YES! We encourage growth and specialization at RTS. Pathway to THRIVE is our clinical career ladder providing a structured framework for professional growth and advancement of clinical team members. Through the career ladder, RTS provides opportunities for professional development, community engagement, and recognition of accomplishments.

We also offer in-house training and bi-monthly meetings for sub-specialty groups such as feeding, AAC, sensory, and more! RTS will also pay for specialty trainings and certifications for our clinical staff.

What does a typical caseload look like?

A typical full-time caseload consists of approximately 20-25 direct treatment hours a week, giving you the rest of the week to plan, document, schedule, create, and grow so that you can have work/life harmony. For our therapists who see children in the community, we make sure that you are not spending a lot of down time driving between sessions by keeping you in the same zip code daily.
