Bio:

Kearstyn is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but has lived in North Carolina since 2006. She attended undergraduate school at Meredith College and received her bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Communication. She then attended graduate school at UNC Chapel Hill where she received her masters degree in Occupational Therapy. She has experience in a variety of settings including school-based, outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital, skilled nursing facilities and community-based. She enjoys finding interventions that are client-centered and that are enjoyable to the client. She likes to put the fun in functional! Outside of Occupational Therapy, Kearstyn enjoys spending time with her significant other and their sweet dog Rigsby. She enjoys baking, gardening, and finding ways to be active.
